I see I'm not the only one who's had a problem with not being able to reply to feedback. I don't recall if I've posted here before, but does ANYONE on eBay's techie staff actually reply/respond to seller issues or is this simply a dumping ground for yet more unaddressed issues? SMDH 😕

I have seen one or two similar posts recently.
Any difference if you try another browser?
If eBay folks are reading here, they are not responding, aside from making the occasional announcement or weighing in on a policy question when specifically called upon to do so. This board is primarily for users to ask and answer questions, offer suggestions and tips and share best practices.

I just tried replying to feedback and got similar results -- page reload. Tried a couple of browsers with similar results.
Then I tried using a private browser window in Firefox, and clicking on the reply link produced a pop-up with an entry field:
That might indicate that clearing eBay cache or cookies could help. If not, try a private or incognito browser window as a workaround to see if that allows you to leave a follow-up to your feedback.

I cleared browser history and cookies, and it worked for me! Thanks for the recommendation. I had just cleared my browser history a few days ago to resolve another issue.... so I didn't think I'd have to do it again! 😕
The ONLY good thing about this is that we can help each other with getting around the issues, until they are fixed 😛
