Not able to bid

Several clients have emailed me to tell me that they either cannot bid on my active listings, or they are not able to bid or buy it not.  On one I saw that it was listed with 0 available.  The others have all bid information grayed out.

Any suggestions?

No they are all from the U.S.

I can 296 listings, mostly under gsp, I'm in Europe.

I see no greyed out bidding area

You don't see the grayed out area until you go into the listing.  When they go to place a bid, it states that the item is no longer available or that there are 0 available.

Short of confirming my bid I went all the way and I have no greyed out bidding area, please see screenshot, why would I lie?

This one is for the cabinet door knob, and I tried a couple more randomly same result

I am also unable to bid. Ebay agents out of country keep saying they are "working on it" but nothing is being done. You are missing out on sales, and I am missing out on buys. Ebay does not seem to care. Said we could use our smart phone and their app to place a bid. I said no way. Fix the problem
