Not able to access dropbox

I have been selling on eBay for almost 10 years and have always used Dropbox to store my photos--Suddenly when describing an item on ebay and it asks to "add photos" and I click it -NOTHING HAPPENS---Yet when I contact a buyer on ebay and it asks for photos--it works perfectly----I have been trying for 2 days to solve this problem--Please anyone out there that can help me.  Please contact me --Sincerely Baxterclothing

Have you tried using Firefox, or dragging and dropping photos instead of using the "Add photos" button?

Thank you for responding--I do all my listings on my iMac computer----Since the photos don't appear how can I drag them to the listing---I am just not experienced when it comes to these issues---But do you have any idea why it works perfectly when I try to contact a buyer and it asks me to add photos?-Any advice would be so appreciated--Baxterclothing

I am not a seller or a mac user, so I can only point out that other mac users have recently encountered this problem, and have said that either using another browser or dragging and dropping photos from the source seems to work.
