Not Receiving Email Notifications

I opened a new seller account a few months ago. Sold an item and got an email notification.

A month later, I sold another item but did not receive an email notification but noticed a sale through logging in. I have not changed any account settings beween the sale of the two items.

When I go to Account Settings/Communication Preferences/Selling Activity I notice Item Sold and Item did not sell boxes are unchecked (I never changed these). I recheck both boxes, hit save and get the little green pop-up window that says "Your preferences were successfully saved". Problem solved right? No. Every time I get out of the page and come back or refresh the page those same two boxes are unchecked. Every time. Have tried logging out and back etc. Nothing changes. 

 

Help.
