No services available for shipping

When I tried to print my labels, there are no services available.  Is anyone else having this problem

Awful for ebay to be having shipping issues on a monday! Almost all of my orders are supposed to be shipped out today... 6/6/22 @ 1:31pm

It's infuriating. I have an order that doesn't need to be shipped until tomorrow but I have a 12 hour work day tomorrow and would like to ship today. But don't they penalize you for manually entering tracking information? (If I were to address it by hand?)
