No communication preferences on IOS

Hi: I use the mobile app and am ready to get rid of it because I cannot manage the forwarded emails and it’s swamping me. I read the advise to just create an email account spec. for ebay, but that’s what my ebay account is, in my opinion. I already pay extra for cloud storage. I literally have to go through and delete everything by hand.

Of course I read that it should be under settings, but I only have a toggle for push notifications (mercifully turned off). 

Yes, I have the latest app and iOS updates.

I only want an OPTION for pushes related to certain auctions ending. I want to keep everything out of my email box other than critical messages from Admin. about my account getting hacked or something.

I am not familiar with the iOS app, but you may want to check your communications preferences using a desktop browser here:

Disable any email options that you do not want to receive there.

Alternatively, you may be able to set up an email filter rule in your email that forwards eBay messages to a particular folder so that your inbox is not cluttered, and you do not need to delete individual messages by hand.

You may also want to post this on the iOS app board; you are likely to reach more iOS app users there who may be able to offer practical suggestions. In addition there are folks who work for eBay who read and respond on the app boards that may be able to help or at least pass your complaints along to the proper folks who are involved in the design of the eBay app.
