No Followed Search Emails

The last Followed Search email I received was 3/24. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I've tried modifying existing searches and creating new ones to no avail.

When I click on "followed searches", the list I get is from a couple years ago!

All the edits I made to them and the new ones I created since then are nowhere to be found.

Something is very messed up.

Mine haven't come in the past 2 days. Why did it start working after creating this thread and then stop? Pretty annoying.

My last search emails for this account where 04/17/17. My other ebay account has not missed a day.

No other site I know of has these problems. We all had them 20 years ago when everyone was still learning but with ebay it is still one issue after another. How can anyone grow a business in this unreliable problematic system??

Same here. This must be a follow up to the last problem we had with no items showing in Watch list in 12/16!!! They must be aware of this problem. It would go a long way with public relations if they announced this openly.

Search emails are still not being sent to me, as of Sunday, April 23.

Same issue with me too. No search emails since April 17th. Very frustrating.

We are 'ditto'. No response from eBay. And a lot of one-way 'phone tag'.

Emails started again early this morning.

Why Ebay ignores that problem? So many calls, replies ... and no result.

Mine stopped April 17.

I have also not been getting any for weeks. I tried resetting and still nothing. This is a problem that needs to be resolved... though I have stopped buying because of it!
