Newbie to HTML can anyone help, im looking for basic advice

Hi all,

I am trying to get my title to appear directly in my listing description without the need to copy & paste it manually every time. Can anyone show me what HTML I need to put in to achieve this.

This will save me a lot of time as most of my listings are the same apart from the title.
