New traffic reports

When I go to the old traffic report page I get the message that they are creating a new system and there is a button to access the interim reports.  When I hit the button, nothing happens.  How do I get a working link? Thank you.

If you have Selling Manager, go to the section called Manage your store and click on Traffic Reports. There is a new traffic Reports tool now. It seems the only way to get to it is through selling Manager.

Thank you for your reply.  The link you sent me takes me to a "open a store" page, just as the traffic reports link in selling manager always has, for me. I would have to  log into sales reports, then back out then log back into trafftic reports, at which point I would get them.  It still works the same, except after I log into traffic  reports the link for the new ones does not get me anywhere.  It does nothing.  I found the reports to be very usefull and was doing much better using the info and would really like to have access to the reports..  I do not know what to do.  Is there any tech support that I could call?

log out of eBay and then log back in. If you save your password and don't log out, your pages are not always updated. I found the new traffic report on one computer,and when I tried to open it on another computer, it wasn't there. After I logged out and back in, it was. It is beta...so maybe all sellers do not have it yet.

I tried both the link in the previous post and the link in the selling manager and they both still take me to http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/stores/start.html It was working a few days ago.

I guess I should not really be surprised!

Thank you.  I can get to the page that says "new traffic reports" to the "see traffic reports" link, but the link does not work.  Could someone please try and post a working link?

Thank you so much.  It worked.  I really, really prefer the  old reports.  I really liked seeing how many actual people looked at my listings in almost real time.  I hope what ever they are working on is more helpful the this.  Thanks again.

When will be able to see the new traffic reports?  It says still in beta and I'm not able to update the date range for the reports.  Does anyone know?

You might take a look at the SellerHub. There should be an opt-in on the upper right side if it is available for you. eBay says that the SellingManager/Pro functionality will remain, but users of the Hub seem to like it (but for yet to be made enhncements). If you see the opt-in on your SM/Pro Summary page, you will be able to opt in and out until you get used to it.

I have not looked at the Hub lately, but they were going to integrate the performance reports into the package.

I cant find the keywords which are used by the buyers to find any item. I used to get them in old traffic reports. Can anyone please help me where I can get them. Thanks
