How do I go back to " old " format?

It's not possible to switch to the old format.

If there's something about the new format that does not work for your needs, use the link on the lower right of the message page to send feedback to the product developers. Try to be constructive and specific as that will get more attention than saying you just don't like it.

Not possible?  What is possible is to quit buying anything on eBay! They have yet to "fix" any programming issue and actually improve a function in the 18 years I have been here. Am fed up with the crap they put out. I gave you answer to  what does not work to my liking on the other thread.

ANOTHER failure  about that feedback link to tell eBay it is garbage is that on a desktop 22 inch monitor, you gotta zoom OUT to 30% image size to find and click the SEND button on the feedback popup after filling in some feedback. Another don't work right about that garbage function.

Don't take it out on me dude, I had nothing to do with this change unless you count speaking up about some of the function-loss this Summer when eBay announced it was coming, then pushing to get some of that function restored before eBay forced the change on us.

To me the NEW format is completely WORTHLESS on a real computer, which is all that I use. Computer display screens do not 'swipe" like smartphones!!!!! To select a message to read, I must zoom out (reduce text size) to 50 percent to even choose which message to see or manipulate.  To send eBay a complaint about the feature, I have to go down to 30% screen text size to see and click the SEND button on my complaint. They screwed up on that one big time. Guess they don't want buyers here now to do any research, just to buy blindly

I can't Flag or view my Flagged messages now.

I hate new format on desktop... in addition, customers now text many messages individually and blow up my phone.

Why can't we choose the old or new format?!
