When necessary, I send out messages to buyers (Seller hub > Orders > Downward arrow on the order and click contact buyer) to make sure that the item(s) arrived and ask if they could take the time to leave positive feedback when they have a moment if everything was in order.
Today for the first time, I received a notification after sending ten (I counted them) that read something along the lines of - "You have exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send. Please wait 24 hours.". This was quite the surprise as I know for a fact I have sent way more than that in a sitting before without any issues.
Secondly, one buyer then replied asking which item(s) and I was surprised to see that there were no details of an item from the order visible at the top of the conversation as a headline. It was missing from several of the messages (both where a buyer only purchased one item and multiple) I sent out, while the rest still had them, as always previously.
Anyone else having the same issues?
