When I attempt to print a label on a 8 1/2 x 11"(2 - label page) horizontally the label produced is in a vertical format and cuts off half of the bar code. I called Ebay and was told there was a glitch on some accounts and that it would be corrected within 48 hours. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Anyone else having this problem?
