Just an hour ago, I couldn't proceed with printing a shipping label using the new format. Error message was: The buyer or seller address is invalid. Please click on "Change" to fix this.
Nothing seemed wrong with buyer's address as it matched Paypal's confirmed address. Besides there was no "Change" tab, and I know not to change address as I will lose seller protection. This buyer had zero feedback prior to my transaction, but I firmly believed it was not the issue.
I thought of going back to the classic shipping page. It did print without issue. I love the new shipping format but bulk printing with SCAN form does not work. I mean I can print in bulk but the SCAN form cannot be scanned by USPS.
