On the buyer side, I recently got a "new and improved" version of the Purchase History page. My url looks like this:

This new Purchase History page is a mess. Beyond difficult-to-read formatting and missing important information, it's just not working. Under the default "All Purchases" view, it does not show my unpaid items at all. When I click the "Unpaid Items" tab, I get an "Orders Processing" section that just says "No orders were found." Now the only place I can find my won but unpaid items is to go to the shopping cart. (I won around 40 auctions so far today). And even with the shopping cart, I have to F5 force refresh to get items to show up. When a seller sends an invoice (which half the time I don't get the invoice emails from eBay), the items disappear from the shopping cart until I force refresh, then they will show up under "the seller sent an invoice for these items."
There is a link on the Purchase History page to "Tell us what you think." I filled that out to report these issues, but when I submit the form, I get a "Bad Request" error. I tried several times on different browsers, and removed all special characters from the message, and still get the error message. Here are examples of the error message:

So then I attempted to chat with eBay to report these issues, and I get this message:
You've exceeded the number of requests allowed in one day. Please try again tomorrow.
So now I'm here. I have looked all over for a way to revert to the previous version of the Purchase History page, but I haven't found any option for that. This is very frustrating.
