New Ebay Preview Bug when Creating listings.

Been having this preview bug upon creating listings.  I've tried two different browsers and the same issue occurs.  Whenever, I complete a draft I click view preview to make sure everything is in order.  It will show this listing temporarily the go to this broken preview window (as shown above). 

Anyone else experiencing this? 

Very frustrating as I use the preview as a double check for any errors in my listing...

Yes, I've seen others report the problem. I tried just now and was able to replicate the issue.

I suggest anybody affected clicks the ? icon on the lower right corner of your active listings page to report the tech issue.

FYI devon@ebay , reports dating back to end of Nov. I don't see anything on the pinned tech post - can you check to see if there's a sitewide tech ticket sellers can reference when reporting through the ? icon?

I’ve experiencing the same issue on the preview screen.

I had the same issue with Preview  - been happening for quite awhile. I fixed it today! I'm on a Mac using Chrome, but it was also happening on Firefox as well even after emptying browser cache & history. I fixed it by going into my browser and clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of my screen -> selected Extensions and found that the Honey Extension (a browser add-on that automatically finds and applies coupon codes at checkout) was installed but I do not use this and haven't for years. I googled eBay issues with the Honey extension and found it be an old issue dating back to at least 2018. I deleted the Honey extension and now the Listings Preview works like it used to! Hope this helps someone who may have this on their computer as well.

I checked both drafts and revising active listings and found the Preview function has been restored. Looks like eBay implemented a fix today.
