For at least 6 months I've been experiencing navigation issues when using Ebay. The problems alternate between Firefox & Chrome browsers. I will be directed to sign in multiple times to access different pages. Sometimes I sign in as requested and then the page just refreshes asking me to sign in again...it doesn't direct me to the page I want. It's really annoying. I also have problems purchasing items. When I sign in for checkout I will get an error message stating that I'm not allowed to purchase the item. I've found a work around by clicking on the basket at the top right hand corner of the page. It then allows me to follow through with my purchase.
Both browsers' history, cache and cookies are emptied on a regular basis. They are updated. All add-ons are disabled on Ebay ie adblocker etc.
I've contacted Ebay about the issues several times. But have never received a response of any value. I wondered if others have been experiencing the same issues?
