We are having an issue wherein an item sells from a Multiple Variation Listing. It clearly shows item quantity sold as (1) with (0) remaining. Then, the next day, the item sells again and states item sold (1) with (0) remaining. We canceled the order and received a defect. We contacted eBay and was told not to worry, they were working on the issue. Multiple instances later, we applied for defect removal since there have been enough to bring down our seller rating from top rated to above standard. We were just denied the defect reversal and given a canned response which did not address any of our concerns but instead went on for paragraphs reading us the eBay policies on selling. This is utterly ridiculous and may cost us a bit of money if we lose our discounts. We researched and found another seller had this similar problem as far back as November 2019.
