Hello! For the people who utilize eBay's multi-user access function for their Virtual Assistants, how are you guys able to have your assistants edit your listings without turning off the standard promotion on the listing? The screenshot below shows how it looks on my end when I turn on my standard promotion and want to promote at 3.5%
However, in the exact same listing, my VA, who has access to my listings through multi-user access, sees this instead
As you can see, the option to toggle the promotions is grayed, so it is not clickable. This normally would not be an issue, however, whenever my VA saves any changes to a listing, it automatically turns off the 3.5% promo code I was promoting. Because of this, I have to constantly monitor when my VA is finished with their edits and I constantly go back a turn it on myself. Is there a way where my VA's can just edit my listings without automatically turning off the promo rate whenever they save their changes?
p.s. I have also given my VA all advertising and promotion access thru multi-user access and they will see the same thing, they are not able to click on the promoted listing section at all.
