Hey Tech! Your new "Offers" feature is not populating properly!

I currently have dozens of offers out that were NOT Automated. And yet, they are nowhere to be found. Also, notice that it appears to be stuck on "Automated Offers", despite changing the option button to the right. Please fix, if you get around to it.

Have the same problem..... It's stuck on "Send Automated Offers" and "Allow Counteroffers".... Also the discount type is stuck on "Percent Off"..... I currently have to change each offer individually back to what used to be my default choices....

Is there somewhere that I can change this?

That's not an error @pls-consignments . Check out the last few replies on your other thread here:

In short, the offers management dashboard currently only includes automated offers, but eBay will be adding all seller initiated offers in the near future, hopefully in June. It's a multi-phase rollout.

That update was April 18th. Since then, they were able to add Non-Automated offers as stated. In fact, when I checked just a few days ago, ALL offers were populated and one could toggle back and forth between Automated and Non-Automated. I'm reporting that it has "stopped" working again. 😉

Automated is self-explanatory.

Non-automated are automated offers the seller ended through that offers management dashboard.

SIO that were never automated have not yet been added, to my knowledge, unless you're part of an early roll out. eBay said they won't be adding all offers until June at the earliest.

So what it sounds like you're saying is not that all offers are missing since all SIO were never on that page, but you're saying non-automated offers are missing.

In that case, click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report.
