Just had a customer cancel an order after multiple attempts to pay.
Customer kept getting error messages and their payment would not go through.
This customer has over 7000 feedbacks as a buyer, including almost 200 this month alone.
Seems like the great ebay glitch disaster continues to wreak havoc.

Just did a BIN and paid with no problems 2 hours ago. You customer has computer problems. As the other poster replied, have them clear their cookies, cache etc. and reboot their computer.

Thanks for the response but I think this is more of ebay's on going issues. I'm hoping someone from ebay will see this and report it . I have already reached out to ebay through their business facebook page and got a robo response saying they are experiencing " high volume of messages" so they will respond when they can.

Had one buyer try to pay 5 times, even tried different cards. She called credit card / bank companies and they showed nothing at all. Luckily, worked when sent invoice thru pp & then marked the item paid. However in reality, many buyers do not want to deal with this nonsense & will go elsewhere.
