Mobile app not displaying item datails.

I Just got a new iPhone 15 yesterday and transferred my data from my old iPhone 12.  Today when I look at an item for sale, all I get is the splash picture and description, no detail, additional pictures or bid options.  I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still no difference.  I this an eBay technical issue or has my account been  limited?

There are numerous reports of both iOS and Android apps crashing.
