Missing Pending Task Seller Hub

Looks like live programming without testing.  I have zero pending task showing on Seller Hub when I know I have 2 outstanding items to ship.  Classic

We're finding a similar glitch...

"ORDERS: Awaiting Shipment / Print Shipping Label" reads as "0"... but right now should reflect "3" items awaiting shipment.

This is the first time we've ever seen that glitch occur.

@saturdaystoys   @larrys.basement   I can only suggest you both try another browser that is fresh and doesn't have any add ons.

If that doesn't work then you need to contact customer service.

2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the linked page.

eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly at this time as the agents are still working from home.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

I'm very familiar with how to contact eBay customer support.   As for the browser, I'm using the latest version of Chrome and it was updated earlier today and works fine on all other sites.  This glitch wasn't present a few hours ago.  It's not likely that the browser is causing pending shipments to disappear from a single line within the Seller Hub... especially when clicking on the "0" on that line... jumps to a page indicating that there are no items awaiting shipment... when that's not accurate information.

Obviously, there are other ways to get to this information... but the point... is that the page is currently not working as it should.  The problem is on eBay's end.  Not the browser.

@saturdaystoys  Then the more people that report it to eBay the quicker it will get fixed.  

Sometimes a browser or add on has an update that doesn't agree with eBay.  I have seen that happen many times in 20 years.

I tried 3 browsers before coming here. They are not resetting the counter. Just another annoying day on eBay.

Well I see that I am not the only one having the same problem. 

There is nothing in my "Tasks" to let me know I have orders

that need to be shipped. 

Under orders "Awaiting shipment - print shipping label" it says 0.

When I click on "See All Orders" the orders are there but how about

eBay fix this so pending orders are out in the open again under "Tasks". 

If not for the notification emails I would not even know I had orders tonight.
