I realize that this is an old thread but I am continuing to have the same problem with the same category (Men's Clothing > Shirts > Casual Button-Down Shirts). None of my "custom item specifics" will stick/save/hold. They appear to be saved and when I preview my listing the custom specific appears, but when I either save it as a draft OR list the item (either one), the custom specific disappears.
