Messaging

For the past two weeks now, each time I click "messages" icon, or try to reply to a message, it automatically brings me to the eBay home page. Only way to message someone is to go to my recent purchases and go to contact seller.  Why is this? Making things very frustrating. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you are using a mobile browser, try using the eBay app or else request the desktop site version of the page with your mobile browser. Or try another browser.

If you are already using a desktop browser, try a different link such as this link to messages from members:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m

If you have eBay messages sent to your email address, you may be able to read and respond to them there.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
