Is it just me or does the message link just recycle you to same page? I cannot for the life of me get into messages or send messages

I generally just go back to Selling and the messages appear.  Not being able to access your messages should be of some concern, but you are new and maybe it's just not quite working yet.

If you click on the Ebay logo and the sell tab, any messages you have should appear in the top right corner.  it will say Messages and a number and if you click it, it will take you to your messages.

If you are using a mobile browser, try using the eBay app or else request the desktop site version of the page with your mobile browser. Or try another browser.

If you are already using a desktop browser, try a different link such as this link to messages from members:

https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0/m2m

If you have eBay messages sent to your email address, you may be able to read and respond to them there.

If all else fails, try reading your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
