The font and format look completely different. Gives me and error message. I have used Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Not success with any of them.

Problems sending, replying or receiving messages?
What looks different about the format? Inbox or message composition screen?
Desktop or mobile?
What does the error say?
Try a private or incognito browser window, and temporarily disable any add-ons or extensions -- or try a totally new, unfamiliar browser. If the messages load fine there, likely something about your other setups -- cookies, cache, settings, add-ons -- is causing a problem for you.
Or try using the eBay app. Or try signing in to ebay.ca and reading/sending message from there.
Some users have been encountering problems when replying or adding images to messages.
Try going to a user profile or feedback page and composing a new message, and do not include any images. Does that work any better?
