Messages not appearing in sent folder

Is anyone experiencing an issue with their sent folder? A customer messaged me this morning about an item, I replied twice. I checked my sent folder and nothing is appearing. 

But I am getting my "sent" message in my gmail account

Been like this for at least 4 hours. Causing lots of problems. Hopefully fixed soon.

If anyone tries to call Ebay the first thing they will hear is they are working on multiple problems at the moment. So hopefully this will get resolved. So many with Ebay lately so annoying....

Quick update:

I received anther question from customer, got it in my gmail account, but on Ebay nothing showed up in my inbox now. 

When I tried to reply on gmail it took me to my Ebay page without an option to type anything.

I am experiencing the same problem. I sent several messages. No responses. I will check in my email. This is very frustrating. Now today I cannot upload pictures to my auctions. I hope this get straightened out soon.

You might get the in your email, but try responding through there. Won't work for me.

I have sent several messages to sellers. I have not received any replies . Two messages were from sept 16th. I can see those in my sent box. The messages I sent today....all different sellers, are not in my sent box. I checked my email...no replies .

From the test message I sent me seller account I tried to use the sender address from eBay to compose a message from my gmail account while it was sent the test account did not get the message, I imagine as the message was coming from outside of eBay their built in spam filter blocked the message. I would advise sellers to wait and not message the buyer through a outside email even if you have the buyers email address from a purchase they made as it is against eBay's policies and is not covered under the seller protection.

Im having the same issue, hopefully Ebay gets on this ASAP. I tried calling them 3 times now. Was on hold for 30 minutes each time then just hung up.

I've been experiencing problems with sending and receiving messages off and on for the past few days.  It's happening again today ~ I'm not receiving messages from a seller I'm working with, nor are the messages I'm sending going to my "sent" folder nor are copies going to my regular email address. Thankfully, I had another way to contact this seller and she said she got my Ebay message, but I never received her message via Ebay.  This is SO frustrating, especially when it's almost impossible to contact Ebay and even when you do, they don't offer any real help, only that it's being taken care of.  Between Ebay's lousy service and the USPS's lousy delivery service, this is why I rarely buy anything here anymore ~ too much hassle and trouble.

Not sure but I'm not getting the messges buyers are sending in in my inbox. I'm getting copies of them sent to my email address but they are no where to be found directly on ebay messages!

Exactly!!! Same here. It sucks since I'm not sure if the customer can see my sent message, and even if they can is Ebay allowing them to send messages back to us. 

This needs to be resolved soon it looks like its effecting a lot of people's businesses including mine.
