Messages issue

When using the internal messages system to say thanks to one seller the message jumped over to another message thread to another seller - and when trying to write sorry to the second seller involved that message went to the first seller I was trying to reach! This happened on my phone using the app and when checking on the laptop the messages were in the wrong place!! 

This is not good and I do not know how to write that it was messages in Ebay that placed my responses wrongly.

Are you talking about messages or feedback?

Usually buyers thank sellers through feedback.

Mine is doing the same thing. The message appears for a brief second, disappears, then shows up on another text thread with another customer. It’s a mess. I can’t contact any of my buyers or reply on the APP
