Messages & Sales notifications missing or delayed today

Curious if anyone else has not received their Ebay email messages & sales notifications this afternoon . Messages were showing in message ctr and transactions on individual page but didnt reach me. I reported it 2 hours ago after Ppal pmts started coming  1 hr delay - not my server I checked other messages coming in fine. Some just came but not complete - wondering if others having same as they had no knowledge of there being a problem - if you do have this I recommend you call in. thx

Both last week and this week, emails from my messages are several hours delayed.  Happened to me twice.  This could lead to lost sales if people need answers right away.  Does eBay acknowledge the problem, and do they have an explanation and eta for fix???  Not good.

I'm getting Ebay emails up to 12 hours after Paypal emails.

I have not been receiving messages or sale notifications through my mobile app for weeks and getting emails hours after sale. The ebay app has not been working properly for days.

I am well past being angry with this problem, it's been going on with me for 2 months now. I lost count how many times I've called ebay, They keep saying you're on the list to get things fixed and to go to my messages to check.  I rarely check my messages in ebay since I rely on them to come through to my personal email account.  I dont' receive emails that I sold something or if a buyer asks a question, etc.  Maybe once a day I will get an email that will come through. This is beyond ridiculous already. I'm tired of calling them, I'm tired of ebay fixing or updating things that don't need fixing.  It should not take months as its been for me to fix what you would think would be a simple issue of receiving emails, I've been on ebay 10 years and never encountered this before.

I got hit with this problem on March 2 -- email notifications of items sold (or not sold) running 6 to 36 hours late.  I must assume that messages I send out to my buyers (invoices) are equally sluggish.  No problem with incoming notifications from Paypal.

Hit by this around March 2, 2018 as well. Good to sanity check this, at least one other person is having this problem :-(.

So far, these messages don't appear to be delayed, they simply aren't coming.

Completed auctions, saved searches, and messages from other eBay users are all not working at the moment. Tried changing my email address, but while I receive an email to the effect "Instructions on completing the change have been sent to your new email address", and this appears in my eBay "messages" under the "From eBay" category, I never receive this additional email.

I have had a lot of problems as well with the ebay app sending messages.  says sent, but then can't find anywhere in the sent files when i went to look after someone asked why i hadn't sent info they requested.  A good number of my customers are repeat and like to know ahead of time when i am going to list a particular type of material and i always try to send a message with photos beforehand giving them a heads up.  I have messages that they never received my messages with photos (sent via app this time).  kinda frustrating......   right now this is just an app problem (that i can tell) but several weeks ago my messages were not being sent on the website on home computer, and that took about a day to fix iteself or get fixed.  not sure what's going on....  best regards,

i have not received any emails from ebay or paypal since feb 20.  i called cs and they said it was a known issue.  so my question is... if its known, why not fix the ***** problem.  so annoying.

I am also not receiving emails/notifcations, also I send all my buyers a shipment email once their item ships and supposedly they are not being received neither. I hope this is fixed soon....

I haven’t been getting Email Notifications about something Not Sold or has Sold till a few hours later.  When is this going to be fixed
