Message system broken?

Who was the bright spark who broke the message system with this AliExpress style update?

Can't you be original and why try to fix something that isn't broken?

Everytime I try to respond or send a message to a seller now I only see a spinning blue wheel?

Using Android 13.1.

Do your so called developers even check things before releasing updates to the public?

Something tells me no!

Oh well guess I'll be buying more on AliExpress, Banggood, Temu etc until your so called developers can get their act together 🙄.

Getting so sick and tired of lazy sub standard people these days who's attitude is close enough is good enough!

You do realise these boneheads are costing you money?

Are you using the app, or a browser?

Make sure you have the latest version of the app if you are using it.

If you are using a browser and having problems, try another browser or another browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop).

You should be able to reply to messages from your message inbox; or if you have eBay messages sent to your email, you should be able to reply directly to the email. Or you can go to a user's feedback or profile page and compose a new message using the contact link there.

Hi and thanks for your reply. 

I was using the app when this problem was happening. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times but still the problem was there.

So I uninstalled the app again but didn't reinstall it. Now I am using Vivaldi browser without an issue.

So must be something nit right with the app?

Did you restart your device in between the uninstall and reinstall of the app and verify you have the latest version? The restart in between should ensure a clean install, so if the problem was with a previous installation or update that did not finish cleanly, that may help.

Possibly, though I have verified that I am able to successfully send messages with the app.
