Message sent to seller

I was sure I'd sent a message (Contact Seller) to a seller about a previous purchase but I can find no record of it in the Message centre - are they stored elsewhere?

If you have sent a message, you should be able to see it in your "Sent" folder. In addition, any received message that you have replied to should have a little purple arrow that shows up next to the sender's name in the "From" column of your inbox indicating that you have replied.

eBay has been having some serious issues since Thursday evening -- including problems with messages not going through. It is possible that this has affected your message as well.

Probably that - I'm not above making mistakes but I'd be surprised if I hadn't completed the send.
