I’ve tried the iPhone app, desktop iPhone option, and laptop computer for the following situation. After purchasing an item for local pickup I’m trying to message the seller but keep getting the “something went wrong error message and the reload doesn’t work. I can send the message but it never really sends and times out. It’s 12/24/24

Is the item still listed? Is the seller still registered?
If so, try going to the seller's feedback or profile page and using the contact link there to contact the seller.
Try just sending a very short message to rule out a problem with anything in the message itself.
