When I reply to the seller about a purchase, and soon a return, I don't see anything in my history.
I even select the Send to My Email checkbox, and I don't receive anything in my personal email.  I have checked Spam and Junk, and nothing there.
 
I spoke to Customer Service a few minutes ago.  They said there is a problem with the system re: the messages in my history.  Will have to submit a ticket re: the emails not being sent to my personal emai.
 
Checked the community for the similar problem.  Lo and behold, another user had the same issue in 09/2019.  Said it would be a few days to resolve.
 
Just seems like a major break like messaging should be posted on the site.
