Message not delivered

I am buying electronic stuffs from eBay almost 5 years with 100% feedback and most of time seller missing some information about item. When I try to " ask seller " by message , after 5-6 successful messages eBay gives me " message not delivered "  error without explanation. I can reply my conversation but can't create one.It may indicate daily message limit which is making eBay experience awful. I would be happy if this problem get solved or daily message limits extends at least 20-30 / daily. Sellers doesn't block me, I can send messages after 24h but only 5-6 new conversation can be created daily.

Message not delivered could mean the seller blocked your messages. Especially if you sent that seller 5-6 messages that would be annoying.

They might look at your feedback and see all the Oder Canceled and decide to block you.

I can reply existing conversations but can't create one after 5-6 new conversations with different sellers for different items

I have 100% feedback and I don't have any problems with sellers

Having 100% feedback is meaningless since all buyers are 100% because sellers can't give buyers negative or neutral feedback.

I am sticking with my original reply. The sellers probably blocked you for asking too many questions. Many answers can be answered by simply reading a sellers description. If the description is vague don't buy from that seller. 
5-6 questions is too many and makes you sound like a difficult buyer.

I don't send question to same person even I want to ask anything to new sellers during this problem I can't because " message not delivered " to new conversation . But I can reply if already talked or after 24h
