Massage Mat without Power supply.

Hi,

I bought a Relaxzen 60-2907P04 10-Motor Massage Plush Mat with Heat, Black and I did'nt find the power supply in the box. So I cannot use it. I contact the seller and he looks refusing to send me the power supply.

What can I do?
