Unable to Mark as Shipped on eBay app using iOS 15.5 

Reproduction steps:

1. Item sells.

2. User opens eBay app and clicks item from Notifications > Act Now view to open item detail view.

3. User clicks Mark as Shipped.

4. App reloads item detail view and fails to mark item shipped.

Mark as Shipped works on web version.
