Marketing Tool not working

Hi, for months now I have not been able to use the marketing tool. When I click on “marketing tool”  it sends me back to eBay main page. Could somebody please let me know how I can fix this problem. Thank you

I use Seller Hub, so when I click on MARKETING, I go to this:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt

Try that and see if it works better.
