Markdown Sales not ending.....again....

the exact same thing happened the last time i ran a sale via markdown manager.

the sale ended this morning, yet the items that were added to the sale are still showing sales prices.

the sale is in pending status.

this is really annoying, and i dont have time to call ebay about this AGAIN.

ebay, please fix this site. it is getting so frustrating.

@myoasisjewels  - it's been happening to us for months too.  I brought it up in the weekly chat back on 10/9 and then also started a follow up thread in the Selling section to try to get some visibility on the issue, but it got moved to a different section here in the community.

We've had delays in scheduled start and stop times and even had one weekend where eBay kept randomly ending our markdown sales after a few hours when they were scheduled to run for days.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, but know you are not alone and if you feel like commiserating, hop over here and add your experience.  We've been told our examples are being sent to the proper teams for review and they are "still working to get this resolved."

the markdown manager has been broken in different ways for many years.

it was working fine for me for a while, and now this.... the sales just wont end...(well this last one actually ended after i complaint by writing this post).

some years ago,  i had a really big problem with markdown manager with my multi choice (multi price) listings.

it would happen often, that after the sale ended, the prices went back to none sales prices BUT these were not my  original prices, but instead the discounted price was now the new regular price.... this did not happen to all listings but quite a few and if you did not notice it right away and then ran another sale, eventually your prices would get quite low.... the only thing to fix it was to manually re-do all price points in all affected listings. what a mess that was and so time consuming. ebay was never able to offer any explanation nor help....;-(

Same problem, my Black Friday to Cyber Monday  sale on my business account has now been "processing" for almost 24 hours after it was supposed to end. This happens almost every markdown event that I do.

My sales were supposed to end last night. 16 hours later, still processing.

Ebay like usual has no answer they have made some update that has messed up their site again, the markdown tool was working up till around Thanksgiving their are multiple forums of sellers complaining about this right now I have had the same issue pending for 24 hours sales are now down almost 30% and Ebay does nothing the customer service is a joke they have no answers and you think Ebay would have this fixed or take care of its sellers. they dont care its all about $$$.   I say call complain as much as possible if we dont put pressure on them they wont get up off their but and do anything I will continue to call until its fixed everyone needs to blow their phones up will calls

I am at over 36 hours after my promotion should have ended on almost 10,000 items.   I can't put on a sale on my other 10,000 items because it will grab the  "still on sale" items and further reduce them.  Sales have completely slumped.  I guess at this point I will spend the day manually bulk editing to try and restore the non sale price...I really want to cry/scream/drink heavily.  My biggest fear is that this is going to be a repeated issue that they spot resolve (like everything else).  

ebay customer service was polite but completely apathetic when I called.  Had I not just renewed my store subscription I would seriously consider shutting down my ebay operation.  By the way my ebay bill (at over $1,000) arrived promptly on time....lol

I hope everyone else has better luck with this then I am having.
