Mark Questions as Answered in New eBay Interface

This is a really annoying feature (or non-feature) of the new eBay interface - having an "Unanswered message" flag in your Active Selling dashboard that will not go away.

There is no way to mark messages as answered in the new interface.

For anyone else having this problem, here's a work-around:

1. From your Activity page, click All Selling under the Selling menu
2. Under your username (top-ish left) click Switch to classic view
3. On the item that has "Unanswered Question" flag, click More Options
4. Click Mark question as answered

All done!

Unfortunately there was nothing useful when I scrolled to the right, but the item (which was a second chance offer) ended so the item is no longer there and the issue solved that way. I appreciate your help. It was very baffling. I don't know how to access the overview via my actual page, but that looks like it *might* have been the solution if I went to classic view. Thanks again!

You are welcome. If it happens again, you should be able to reach a version of the selling overview page by hovering your cursor over the My eBay link at the top right of the page and selecting "Selling" from the drop-down; whether you see the new version or the old version may depend on your account settings, but there should be a link to switch between them in the upper right of the page.
