Managed payments

My account was moved to managed payments, it was running smoothly until nearly 2 weeks ago.

 

I was asked to upload documents to verify myself and my bank which I did immediately, I was told that payments would be held while this was verified which should take a few days!!

 

7 days later I was told me bank is verified but they were still verifying my identity, I have been with Ebay for 21 years!!.

 

I have no replies to email, every page for help only has the option to contact via email and no messages have been replied to for 11 days.  Its now nearly 2 weeks since I was last paid and the only thing I see on Ebay is the message   

 

Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. Please go to Messages in My eBay for information about your account status.

 

and there is nothing in messages

 

Live chat is not available but I am expected to keep shipping my products

Same issue here!! I am waiting more than 20 days. They are keeping more than 1200 $ of my money. Customer support does NOTHING. Filing a complaint may be a good option. Anyway, what about you? Did you fix the issue? Or still waiting?

Try contacting eBay through their Business page on Facebook.  They are usually quick to reply and help.  You have to send a private message, not post a new thread there.  The link is https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness
