Since January 7th, 2021, Ive called Ebay every day Monday to Saturday trying to get my account verified. Now they have locked my account, have thousands of dollars of mine held, delisted all my items. I get no help from customer service. DOES anybody know of how to get a hold of somebody who could help me resolve this. I've asked for a supervisor or manager to call me about 6 times now....I spoke with one guy named Andy. This company sucks when it comes to giving service to it's members.

Common issues involve making sure your eBay account type matches your checking account type (personal account vs. business account), making sure your name is spelled exactly the same on both accounts including any middle name or initial, and making sure you are using the correct routing number for your checking account. I believe that you may need to use a street address rather than a P O Box as well.
