MASSIVE GLITCH ON EBAY

Items sold with bids and went straight into unsold, no notification, emails nothing!! 

Spent the best part of an hour trying to solve it, having received messages from buyers stating they couldn't bid which has now lost me money!! I will not be paying fees on any of those items!!

Did you solve it, and how? Help out the rest of us in case we have the same thing happen to us....

Same happened to me.   Item was bid on...sale ended...nothing showed on my Sold section.. It shows on resale section.

This has happened to me tonight, I'm still waiting for Ebay Customer service to call me on this huge glitch.  I had 6 items sell at auction today, and all item instead went to UNSOLD / ENDED.  No email notification that these items sold, and yet on these item (in the ended list) it says, "Your Item Sold".    In addition,  all my other Ebay auction did NOT auto relist, as they should have done, and instead went into UNSOLD/ENDED.    There is a warning on the customer service page stating they know about the issue and are attempting to resolve it.

Hi, sorry for the delay. Best way to solve it, is to go onto your bid history, refresh the page and then edit out. The items then started to move back into Sold but then I also issued a payment invoice too and sent the winning bidder a message just explaining what had happened. Hope this helps

Apologies for the tone on my original post, I hadn't had the best day and this problem just made it worse
