Logo & about me section deleted

I noticed this last week on mine and my brothers eBay account. No matter how many times I update my icon or retype all of my about me section none of it will save. I have found an entire reddit forum of people who have all been told it’ll be at least 60 days till this issue will be resolved. This is unacceptable as it makes all of our profiles less trustworthy and more scammy. I have seen an astronomical dip in sales due to this issue. This is why people switch to Amazon FIB selling. Please fix soon!

This is a known error since Thurs/Fri last week. Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report. The more users reporting, the higher this will go up eBay's fix list @level_up_loot .

Hi kyle@ebay - can you check if there is a site wide ALERT number users can reference when filing reports and add it to the pinned post? Thanks!

I am also experiencing this problem; my profile photo and About section is not showing my information. I have tried updating the information and clicking "save". The information disappears again immediately after. Very frustrating. I have had no sales recently because of this issue.
