FWIW, last week I wasn't able to log in and ended up changing my password to discover it was a glitch and not that my account was hacked. Several others reported the exact same rather serious glitch. This week a similar problem. Log in page shows that my password is not accepted. But when I then click on my bookmark on the tool bar to the "my Ebay" page it makes the link and I am indeed logged in. And please no condesecnding words about updating my browser, I mostly use Chrome, when my browser is working fine on every other site I visit regularly on the Internet. Reading this forum and the seller's forum, there are lots of these glitches, probably as a result of trying to change too much too quickly without enough beta testing. Anyway just my 2¢ worth.
