Loading pictures in messages

I can’t get photos to load in messages - again.  Is there another way to get them to the seller?  I understand we can’t contact them directly- so now what?

They have to be in one of several formats that are accepted. When you try to load them it should inform you of the acceptable formats: JPG, GIF, etc
