Like a lot of sellers, I think you are used to seeing views caused by bots reposting your listings on aggregator sites. Those bots are still doing that, it just doesn't count as a view now.
Congratulations, you are now seeing how many real live people are looking at your listings!
Most people are in shock and denial! Just remember, it only takes 1 viewer for your item to sell. View count is mostly irrelevant. I could see your listings just fine. Don't know that lots of people are looking for turtle seas shell pin cushions or Santa Claus candles. Might also have something to do with a lower view count once the bots are gone.
I think people are also underestimating the effect of our poor economy. Places are now putting on hiring freezes (remember when no place could find employees a year ago) and a few are even having layoffs now.
