Listing not active

Every since ebay techinal issue a few weeks ago several of my listings are not live.  Sales are way off and I've tried relisting them and the problem continues.  I've been on ebay for several years so I know all about how long it takes for a listing to go live.  It appears that if you end the listing and relist it, it will go live but then you start all over again and your page rating drops off.  If any of you have this problem and found a solution short of deleting/ending the listing kindly reply and share.   Saying bad things about ebay does not solve the problem as ebay works great most of the time.  I don't think they have any more problems than other search engines but they could do a better job of testing before implementing changes.  I appreciate any help you might give.

Thanks

Re: Listing not active

Your use of the term "go live" is not accurate. A listing "goes live" as soon as you click the button to list it and the screen returns a success message. There is no further delay. You seem to be referring to the ability to find your items when searching.

I see 14 active listings for you. Some require adult verification; are those the ones that you can't find?

Re: Listing not active

Thank you for your reply.  Apparently, you're looking at seller's other items which all listing will appear.  However, if you insert the exact title or ebay product ID number the result is 0.  The problem is at eBay as I've been on the phone with them for the last 2 days and they are still trying to locate the problem.  Two of those listing have been on eBay since Sept. 2014 with no problem.  This problem started within the last 30 days and has kill my sales.  To answer your question yes the listing that require verification are the ones.
