Listing for SOLD items, by me, using my eBay ID, is incomplete and old.

I use the SOLD by "Seller ID" Listing report to help run my business.

It used to be timely and show recently sold items within 30 minutes.

Off this list, I performed several activities.

Now this data is not refreshing, even days later.

Please fix / help.

Have you tried logging out and going back in and done the search while not logged in. I see 385 sold/completed items.

Sorry for the sloooooooooooow response. 

Yes I have checked as you suggested.  No difference.

I am now getting an inquiry every other day on items already sold.

I am now getting notifications which say "Store Listing Ending" for items sold long ago.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to find a phone number to call a human being at eBay.

This is getting to be a pretty unhealthy relationship with them.

Try using a different link -- some of the old selling pages are no longer supported. Some old links may point to newer pages.

Thank you for your input.  Logging out/in does not fix the issue.   I believe the issue is in how eBay updates its database(s) after a sale happens.   Before, eBay used to update all references to a item being sold immediately, now it is not.    If I (or anyone) pulls a items sold by userid they will see what I mean.    Pete
