Listing an item

Hello eBayer,

I saw your message on ebay community regarding recent ebay issue while creating new listing or editing existing listing. I was also facing same issue, this is techincal issue but i found the temporary work around to resolve this issue. I thought to help you by replying personally. Follow these steps :

1. Go to ebay Home Page.
2. Log out your account and login again.
3. Now if you try to click on sell, it will work.

Every time you open new instance of browser, you have to relogin from ebay home page.
This is a technical bug in eBay, I can also explain you the details of bug, in case you are interested. It is but technical but above three steps will solve the problem.

Hope this will resolve your problem. We can continue our work by this work around until eBay comes wih permanent solution.

When I click List Item, you know, after spending an hour creating the item, the screen jumps and nothing happens.

There is no error messages, nothing in red for me to correct, nothing needs to be fixed.

Go to Save as Draft, and it leads to an endless spinning circle.

This is not my browser, my cache, my Cookies, when it's happening to so many others.

I can make revisions to existing listings, I can't create a new listing, but only after I spend the entire time writing the ad.

This started last night for me.  Logging in and out does absolutely nothing BTW.
