Is anyone else experiencing this message when listing?

Listings that have ended 90 or more days ago will not be available for viewing.)***
The issues are as follows:
1. The Item “has not been listed, and the system prevents you from viewing the draft”
2. You have to Open & Close the listing repeatedly to get it to react accordingly.
3. The listings do appear on eBay when scheduled, but the views are down tremendously compared to same item listings, so are they even being seen?
If anyone has any advice, or can forward this to be corrected, as it is extremely frustrating, and time consuming.
